You’ve probably already seen a green tracing in the streets of Nantes but you’ve never paid attention to it. In fact, this trace corresponds to the circuit of the “Voyage à Nantes”. This itinerary allows you to see all the unmissable places of Nantes. You will be able to admire many monuments, artworks of artists scattered in the city or ephemeral exhibitions. This 12 km circuit contains 46 places to see such as the Château des Ducs, the Passage Pommeraye or “Les Machines de l’île”.

This tour is absolutely to do alone or with your family if you don’t know Nantes or if you just arrived there. You will be able to know the essential of Nantes in one day. Don’t miss to go to the top of “la Tour de Bretagne”, with its 144 meters high you will have a 360° view on Nantes. You can also have a drink at the bar located at the top of the tower;
The trip to Nantes is not only in Nantes, if you already know the city by heart there is another circuit that connects Nantes to St Nazaire along the Loire River. You can go there by car or by bike but there is also a cruise that joins Nantes to the ocean. You will be able to observe the nature of the Loire but also the different artistic works such as “La Maison dans la Loire” in Couëron or “le Serpent d’Océan” in St Brévin. This excursion is ideal to get away from the city as soon as the weather is nice !
